The room comes inclusive of all bills, has a very comfy double bed (queen size), loads of wardrobe space and a small corner desk and chair. The exclusive use of a full bathroom, shared kitchen and shared dining room / lounge as well as garden is available to tenant.

This room is situated in a relatively new house in a quiet neighbourhood close to large areas of green open space and lakes. It's a quiet and clean house with a live-in professional homeowner. Two off-street parking spaces are available adjacent to the house, one for you.

A reliable daily bus service operates every hour between Central Cambridge and Cambourne. This house share would suit a professional or mature student.

Female preferred as they tend to be more hygiene conscious, cleaner, quieter and more reliable - sorry guys :)
