Available to let in a modern, friendly shared house in Upper Cambourne from August 1st 2026. Cambourne is eight miles west of Central Cambridge.

The room comes inclusive of all bills, fast WIFI, exclusive use of a full bathroom, shared kitchen and shared dining room / lounge as well as garden. The room boasts a very comfy double bed (queen size), loads of wardrobe space and a small corner desk and chair.

This room is situated in a well-equipped, relatively new house in a quiet neighbourhood close to large areas of green open space, lakes and shops. It's a quiet, clean house with a live-in professional homeowner. Two off-street parking spaces are available adjacent to the house, one for you.

A reliable daily bus service operates every hour between Central Cambridge and Cambourne. This house share would best suit a professional, or mature student with own transport, or perhaps happy to catch bus into Cambridge.

We have a preference for a female lodger at this time as my daughter would not be comfortable with another male in the house and we have found females to be more hygiene conscious and more reliable. Would suit young professional looking for a quite and safe location in a nice house, just outside Cambridge
