House share Cambourne CB23

Room available from 03 March 25. Large double room on the 2nd Floor available to rent. The room has a window, single size bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. There is a large shower/ bath adjacent to the room. We are family of four, two adults and two kids (11 and 7 years old). We have no pets and we are non-smokers.

Alternatively, this room is on the second floor and there is another double room in the same floor, you can take both rooms and one shower and toilet in between those two rooms. Therefore, only kitchen and dinner are shared rest all private and I can provide double bed if you want and an additional wardrobe, the rent for the entire floor £1200 inclusive of all bills.
