2 good sized double room available with lots of additional landing, wardrobe and garage space. Off street parking, large kitchen and open plan living space. Very different to most small, gloomy properties in Cambourne.

The house is clean and modern with white walls throughout, lots of plants and wood, metal and acrylic furnishings.

Happy for you to customise your space and flexible on furnishing. You can let me know what items you want or have a blank canvas if you are bringing stuff. The rooms would fit a desk as well as existing bedroom furniture but there is plenty of space downstairs so you wouldn't necessarily need one. It's a decent sized room... I would happily use it!

I hope you would consider this as a home - decorate your way, invite friends and family etc. I'm often not home so you would get a 4 bed home to yourself at times.

Large garden space for Cambourne!

The country park nature reserve type thing with hills, a fishing lake and wildlife is a stone's throw away but please don't upset the neighbours by testing this assertion. Extensive footpaths and bridalwqy connections to local villages.

Morrison's supermarket and the town (yes it is a town now... the parish council voted on it!) centre a few minutes walk away.

Interesting design features including a giant pen stuffed with fairy lights an uplit Miffy. Radio tuned to Radio 6 Music if vinyl collection not in use but I don't mind a bit of cheese.

Looking for a flatmate rather than a lodger - though you don't have to talk to me if you pay your rent. I often cook, you are welcome to share.

I'm veggie but not a preacher and will cook meat for others.
Equally adept at getting out of the way if you are having a date night.

Vaguely interesting conversation plausible but not guaranteed.
