A nice and big room for single occupancy is available from the 01st of August in a friendly and quiet house down Mill road.
Very good location if you're working in the city centre or around Addenbrooke's hospital or if you need to take the train.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe, two chest of drawers and some shelves.
The house is spacious with a living room, a big kitchen fully equipped, a garden and a high speed broadband internet.
The bathroom is to share between 3 persons only because the fourth bedroom has its own shower room.
There is an extra toilet downstairs in case the bathroom is taken.
The housemates are all professionals or postdocs who work regular office hours.
The rent is £770 per calendar with all bills included except the gas/electricity that is to share between tenants and there is one month deposit.
