Single room (House Cleaned Weekly)

We have a single room becoming available.

The house is located near the Science Park, just off Kings Hedges road. The C1 bus stop to the city centre is nearby, along with the Guided Bus stops. It is within easy reach of the new Cambridge North train station, that links to the rest of the county and beyond.

There is a generous living/dining room with sofa, dining table and TV. There are facilities on the ground floor as well as a bathroom servicing the first floor. There are two washer dryers in the kitchen along with oven and hob, fridges and freezers. The house has engineered wooden floors on both levels.

All utility bills are included along with high speed internet, so you know what your monthly budget will be from the start..

WEEKLY CLEANING SERVICE:
Included in the rent, there is a monthly cleaning service fee. This means that apart from cleaning up after yourself in the communal areas, you don’t need to worry, as the cleaning is taken care of weekly. This fee is not optional.

- The rent is £570 including utility bills and cleaning service.
- No deposit taken
- First and last month rent required at the beginning of the tenancy.
- 6 month minimum stay
