A nice room for a nice person)

A large double room off Cherry Hinton road available from 1st of August (or September, on agreement). The room is fully furnished (double bed, a big desk and 2 wardrobes) with a nice view to a trees of the window.
The house has four rooms, it is quite big with a big nice garden. It has a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier, fridge freezer and microwave oven. There are two bathrooms, one of them with shower/bath and bidet, a big living room with an open kitchen. It is 15 min cycling to the city centre, 5 min to Addenbrookes hospital. The garden has a bike shed and a big DIY shed. If you are a handy person, there is an opportunity to make a workshop there.
We are looking for one nice and clean person (professional/postdoc). The room is not suitable for students. You will be sharing it with 3 other nice people :). The price is 530£ per month plus bills 145£, making it 675£ per month.
IMPORTANT: we share the cleaning with a weekly rota. We also take care of a garden, you will need to be willing to participate in this.
