Light room available in friendly shared house

We have a lovely room available in our friendly shared house, which is near the station and Mill Road. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table and bookcase, and there's lots of communal space as the house is quite big - we have a large kitchen, sitting room and garden.

The house is generally a friendly and welcoming place to be. We have a cat, and there is a piano for everyone to play. We have a lovely garden with flowers, vegetables and salad.

Currently there are three of us: a researcher/university tutor, a somelier, and me - I am a tutor/counsellor (I am also the land-lady, but we run the house as a house-share).

We are looking for someone with experience of living in shared houses, who is aware of things like not being too noisy when others are sleeping, tidying up in the kitchen etc. I am vegetarian, so vegetarians and vegans are very welcome, but it's not a vegetarian house.

There is usually plenty of on street parking if you have a car. It's a fairly quiet neighbourhood, and there is a food shop and a park less than 5 minutes walk away.
