In the room there is a double bed, a desk, a chair and a large wall wardrobe with lots of storage. 12-month minimum let. No parties. Single occupancy only. We are looking for a respectful and tidy tenant who would treat the house as their home. Proof of employment will be required before rental agreement can be issued.
