Beautiful house in Cambridge with cats!

We have one room left to let in our beautiful four bedroom house in Chesterton in north Cambridge. We're looking for a cat-loving, responsible, professional tenant.

So here’s the set up: The house is a much-loved, furnished, recently-renovated, open-plan, bright family home with beautiful garden owned by us. We are a brother and sister in our mid-late twenties who grew up in the house, and now live elsewhere but come home often. There are two other occupants, as well as our two adorable family cats. We are looking for a lodger who will love, respect and contribute to the running of the house as well as enjoying and looking after the cats. The rent includes all bills, council tax, and wifi. For the last six years it has been a friendly house with lodgers where everyone gets on well and feels like family. We want to continue that. There is car parking at the front of the house and secure bike parking.

Science Park - 1.5 miles
Cambridge North Railway Station – 1.5 miles
City Centre – 2 miles (via bike paths)
Addenbrooke's Hospital and Biomedical Campus – 4 miles (via bike paths)

It’s not far from the River Cam and there’s several great pubs, as well as takeaways and shops. There’s also a Co-op just five minutes walk away. It is a 5-10 minute cycle ride into the city.
