This room has own bath/shower and toilet. This room is on first floor, window overlooking peaceful garden. It is quiet night and day. This room comes with a double bed and mattress, chest of drawers, single wardrobe, desk and chair.

Strolling distance from bus stops, shops and local amenities including restaurants, gym and cinema.

Bus stops for city centre and train station just 1 minute walk. Shuttle bus to Babraham Institute, Granta Park and Wellcome Genome Campus within 10 minutes walk. House is easily accessible from A11 and M11.

WHO LIVES HERE
In this house live me the landlady working in Science and my daughter.

We are friendly, collaborative and respectful, with active work/life. My girl is sociable and playful. She has regular, bedtime routine, and we’re out a lot of the time.

We are looking for someone clean and friendly. Also someone who loves engaging with children. Your nationality or first language isn't an issue. You don't even have to have good English.
