LARGE CB1 short term room near Addenbrookes

We are looking for a lodger.

We are letting out our wonderful spare room to short term lets, down to one week at a time. We live in a modern and very convenient house in a safe and friendly neighbourhood (CB18TH). It's a 10-minute walk to Addenbrookes hospital, 5-minute walk to Coop Supermarket, 25-minute walk to Cambridge train station. We are a laidback family with 2 very busy teenage children. We are used to having a lodger in our new, quite secluded loft conversion room at the top of the house - best room in the house!

We hope you like cats! In fact you MUST like cats. We have a very sociable cat, Stripy, and he will want you to be his friend! So, the room comes with a cat.

The room is perfect for working in peace and quiet. It has a double bed, desk and chair and WiFi with a booster box in the room. And a great view!

You will also have your own cupboard space in the kitchen and a separate fridge, which is mostly yours - and you are welcome to eat as much homemade jam as you like while you are here and whenever I make bread, just help yourself! You are also welcome to borrow one of our bicycles. Bedding, towels, shampoo, conditioner, washing powder etc. are all included if you want.
