Double room in central apartment

(Just a little add in here as getting inundated with messages, just females please & professionals not working from home, I work weekends so have two days at home in the week hence the WFH bit 😊 that is a bit of a non negotiable for me)

I am looking to rent out my spare room in central Cambridge in as my housemate is moving out . The apartment is a 20 minute walk to the city Centre 5 minutes from the beehive Centre & Grafton Centre. It is a double furnished room (double bed with under bed storage drawers, double wardrobe, ottoman, laundry basket, bedside table) there is a bathroom with bath and shower beside the room & as I have an ensuit this is mainly for your use cupboard space in there for toiletries, make up etc... also a large full length mirror in the hallway outside the bedroom for personal use. Open plan kitchen & living room with a balcony overlooking a courtyard below (2nd floor) secure fob access to the building. Bills are included (electricity, council tax, water, WiFi, smart tv with Netflix, amazon music on Alexa etc...) on street parking to the rear of the building. secure lock up for bikes underground. I work most weekends so ideally not a party animal, but let’s hang out 😊 will consider short term as well. If you like the look of the room send me a message and we can arrange a viewing.
