Hello!
Thank you for your interest in becoming part of our home. We’re a small, friendly household of working professionals looking for a considerate, easy-going lodger to join us, someone who enjoys a good balance of shared company and independent time.

The room:

Single occupancy, single bed, wardrobe, desk/chair

Access to bathroom, kitchen (with your own cupboard space), dining room, outside deck & cosy front room with internet and Netflix

All domestic bills included (except calls & pay-per-view TV)

About us:
I’m Tim, my little girl visits occasionally, plus one male graduate student and one male professional.

Parking for car/bike

5 min walk to bus route

Security deposit: one month’s rent in advance (bank transfer only)
