The flat is a 15 minute walk to Addenbrookes/biomedical campus and a 30 minute walk to the train station/AstraZeneca/Cambridge University Press.
If you cycle, you would be minutes away from all the above plus only 15 minutes away from the city centre.
There is garage parking and a lockable bike shed.
