We have a Double room available (SINGLE occupancy) from the 13 of November in a quiet and tidy house, the property is positioned at a popular residential area(CB1), very close to Mill Road and the Beehive centre.
The house has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen/dining area, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet to share with 3 other professionals, there is also a garden and parking just outside the house.
The price for the room is £750 per calendar month (plus gas and electricity that it varies according to the consume and is approx £40/100) the room is furnished with double ottoman bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, at the moment there are 3 professionals (2 English boys and 1 Italian girl) all over 26 years old, very clean and tidy so we would like a boy or girl with similar characteristics.
