Room For A Professional (Single Occupancy)

We have a Double room available (SINGLE occupancy) from the 1st of April in a quiet and tidy house, the property is positioned at a popular residential area(CB1), very close to Beehive centre.

The house has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen/dining area, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet to share with 3 other professionals, there is also a garden and parking just outside the house.

The price for the room is £700 per calendar month plus some bills (Gas and Electricity that is approx £40/100 per month) water, internet and Council Tax are included in the monthly rent, the room is furnished with double ottoman bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, at the moment there are 3 professional (1 greek girl, 1 Italian girl and 1 Rumanian boy) over 24 years old, professional, clean and tidy living in the house so we would like a boy or girl with similar characteristics.
