We have a very 'happy' house - all tenants are vetted by us and hand picked with current tenants in mind - we want everyone to get along and be comfortable in what will be their 'home'.

We are a family run business and live locally just a short distance away.

Rent £790 for one person - most bills are included (excluding tumble dryer and tv licence). There may be a small monthly charge for electricity and gas depending on any crisis that occurs regarding energy prices (currently £0).
