There is a small co-op shop an about thirty seconds from us for convenient shopping and it takes about 10 minutes to cycle to the city centre , or 10 min to ARU /Grafton centre.

This lovely double room on the first floor has a double bed, newly mattress, wooden wardrobe , 5 drawer chest ,study table, chair and two tea table . There is a newly renovated bathroom only shared with one other .

On the ground floor two fully equipped spacious kitchens and a dining area and small living room. We have a large garden in the back. This room is £780 per months including bills and Wifi. A professional cleaner comes twice a month to do communal areas . Other tenants currently residing in the house include one PHD university student and two professional.
