We have a comfortable cosy, single room to rent in our quiet, well-kept Victorian house that is close to shops, train station, bars and restaurants and only a short walk to the town centre.

There is a large wardrobe, 1 chests of drawers, bedside cabinet and a tv in the room which is overlooking the rear garden.

A well equipped kitchen, shared bathroom, dining area and garden with a summer house for your use.

We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful. Someone that works full time with a predictable schedule as well as a professional person who takes pride in their living space to share our home.

A love of dogs is essential!
