I share my large Victorian house normally with two post graduate students or anyone over 25 looking for a comfortable friendly warm house to live. Everyone who has lived here has enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and making themselves at home, whilst maintaining independence.
The double bedroom is on the ground floor, there is central heating and gets the morning sun. There is a WC across the corridor on the ground floor.
There is bright large shared well equipped kitchen, dinning sitting room area looking out onto the garden.
On the first floor there is a clean shared bathroom with shower, bath and wc. There is a washing machine and plenty of space to dry clothes.
There is a secure covered bike area that cannot be seen from the road.
Victoria Park is an exceptionally neighbourly place to live where we like to support each other both young and old.

At present I am living next door with my elderly mother so initially there would only be two people sharing the house which given the size of the house will make covid safety easy.
