CB1 Student Accommodation Available!

I am looking for a student to take over my room tenancy (42-week contract) first two instalments already paid. I have room in the first floor of CB1 (en-suite bathroom, small double bed with under bed storage, desk, chair and wardrobe all included), shared kitchen with seven flatmates who are nice and friendly. The rent is 149,27£ per week. There are on-site bike storage, laundry rooms and a common room with games, tv etc (that is currently shut because of lockdown). It is a 5-minute walk from the train station, shops, gym, restaurants and 10-15 minute walk from ARU campus!
