Hello all,

I am a Chilean-British, Cambridge-educated, female-Architect and am organising this gorgeous, letting on behalf of a retired, Graphic-Designer client.

I speak English, French and Spanish. I have also been an Airbnb Superhost for 12 years, have over 150 reviews mostly 5 star, both as a host and guest.

There are three double rooms, available.
ROOM 1 for £1200 is available from 1700 on 31.07.25.

ROOM 2 for £1000 is available from 1700 on 25.09.25.

ROOM 3 for £1000 is available from 19.08.25 at 1700.

We are looking for professionals or postgrads, whom are not working from home, are super-clean, tidy and respectful.

As a professional or student you will need to provide evidence of your:
- UK employment
- University course & funding
- A landlord's reference
- Your ID
- Visa status if applicable to you.
- Guarantor if you are a student.
- 1 month's deposit.
- No WFH, I'm afraid.

There is one spacious, luxurious, newly refurbished bathroom. We are not able to accept couples or dual occupancy, sorry.

This is an 86m2, spacious, Modernist apartment designed in 1967 by Saunders, Boston, Brock Architects. It is spacious, south-facing, bathed in the most amazing light and overlooks the large, shared gardens.

It has been thoughtfully furnished and decorated with a HAY Mags Modular sofa (a Danish brand), HAY designed for Ikea Ypperlig table, Arper Catifa chairs, Sissy-Boy throw, Muji/Hema/Habitat soft furnishings, Artemide Tolomeo lamp, Habitat and Muji beds, String shelves, and several vintage pieces.

There’s also a magnificent 10-year old, rubber-plant and a 2.4 metre tall ficus lyrata and many other plants throughout, making an indoor garden.

It’s great option for a design-minded guests seeking a unique place to call home.

The apartment is offered fully-equipped with all the kitchen items too. Council tax (Band D) and all bills are included on a "fair use" basis.

There are 20 parking spaces available on a first come, first serve basis, at the development.

It is a skip and a hop (1.8 miles) into the historic city centre, 7 minutes by bicycle, 5 minutes by car from Waitrose and the M11.

There’s a gastro pub nearby called The Green Man, a post office and shop, fish and chips, dry-cleaning and petrol station nearby.
