Hello. We are looking for a new housemate to replace one leaving at the end of August.

The house is a spacious, four bedroom terrace with a large communal kitchen and living room and nice carpets throughout. There is a modest but well maintained south facing garden with nice decking and outdoor furniture - perfect for barbeques when the weather is nice!

The available room is a double with plenty of space (room 3 on the plan). It is partially furnished and shares a bathroom with one other room on the second floor (room 2 which is Sam's).

The house is located in Orchard Park which is close to the A14, Guided Busway and Science Park. It is a 15 minute cycle from the city centre. It has secure bike storage and plenty of parking space in front of the house and off the road behind the property.

It is very good value for money compared to similar properties as the landlord is keen to keep hold of tenants she trusts to look after the house. Bills are not included and we have ultrafast fibre broadband. These usually come to around 150 pcm.

Viewing is recommended to do the whole house justice and see the bedroom properly.

We occasionally do house pub trips and watch TV together but also value our own time. We are quite an easygoing house but all make sure we keep communal areas clean etc.

The whole house is rented together (rather than just rooms) so we are keen to meet and get to know the new person before they move in as we are all jointly responsible for the rent. This is a bit nicer than most arrangements and makes it more homely and we hope to find people who agree.
