Double room in recently renovated home

Recently renovated house. Room is 12 ft x 11ft with wardrobe and chest of drawers and desk and shelves. Own bathroom included. Shared study option also available.
I live in the 4 bed property with my 10 year old son, Dominic. He is with me half the week. No other tenants so plenty of peace and quiet. Treat the house as your own! Double Room is furnished. Open plan living room/dining room/kitchen. We own a cat, Loki. Off road parking. I work from home but there is a study for me. And my son has a playroom on the top floor of the house so his mess is (mostly!) out of sight and out of mind! I’m around half the week and away other times with work. Looking for someone who will be chilled and no hassle! But also sociable as and when suits them. I’m a professional who works in education. I’m into running, movies, reading, and walks.
