My name is Jason and I am a live-out landlord looking to rent out my lovely 3 bedroom property (whole property only, not individual rooms), situated less than 5 miles from Cambridge and less then 10 miles from the city centre, with access via A14 and M11 within minutes, as well as being close to the guided busway.

Newly situated in Northstowe, formerly part of Longstanton and part of the old army barracks.

The house includes:
Master bedroom - fully furnished with built in double wardrobe, king size bed, 2 x bedside tables and chest of drawers.

Bedroom 2 - nice sized double room with a double bed, built in wardrobes and bedside table.

Bedroom 3 - single bedroom with a single bed, bedside table and built in wardrobe.

The house is down a quiet cul-de-sac, has a spacious living room with 2 large sofas, plenty of storage space, large kitchen and separate dining room, along with a bathroom and 2 separate toilets (upstairs & downstairs). There is also a lovely South facing garden with a shed.

You'll be dealing directly with me - a live-out landlord, in London. I am always approachable and experienced and knowledgeable in renting my house.

This was my first home and so I am looking for tidy and respectful tenants, who would treat the house as their own.
