Hi! I have a spare room available in a flat I rent in the Abbey ward of east Cambridge.

The flat is modern with a fully furnished kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The spare room is partially furnished (it doesn't have a bed as the previous tenant had their own, but there are wardrobes and a desk).

The area is quiet with easy access to town along the river by bike. The flat is also close to the Chisholm Trail which will make cycling to north and south Cambridge even easier along an off-road route.

There are also lots of green spaces and great running and cycling routes both along the river and on quiet roads (I'd be happy to show you around!).

I've been here for a few years. The landlord is helpful and attentive. The contract is held directly with him, so there are no agency fees.

There is a OneStop and a Spar within easy walking distance, and the big Tescos and Sainsburys are a short cycle ride away.

On-street parking is easy and free 24/7.
