We have one room available to rent (single occupancy only). The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and a chair.

The property is a shared house with occupancy of 6 people. Currently occupants are aged between 25 and 32 and young professionals. There are shared facilities of:

Top floor bathroom with shower and toilet
Kitchen: good size with space for all tenants to have their own cupboard/storage space. Amenities include: fan oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and dishwasher.

The property is in a great location, the centre of Cambridge. Is within cycling/ walking distance to the city centre, bus station and train station. There are many local supermarkets also close by.

The rent includes bills and the room is available from the 24th August.

Personal profile:
We are looking for a 9-5 working young professional. Someone who is clean and tidy, who enjoys company and considers their house a home. We have a cat and occasionally a dog, so we’re looking for someone with a shared a love of animals!
