We have a comfortable and cosy double room available in our quiet, well-kept home, ideally located just off Mill Road. The area is excellent for transport and amenities, a mainline train station, bus stop's, shops, pubs, and restaurants all within easy reach.

The house includes a shared bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer as well as a dining room. You’ll also be able to enjoy our matured, peaceful garden that includes a summer house.

We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy and takes pride in their living space.
A love of dogs is essential, with no allergies, as we have three small, friendly dogs who are very much part of the household.
The property is non-smoking and non-vaping.
All bills are included.
