You’ll also have access to a large shared kitchen, plus an additional upstairs bathroom if you prefer a long soak now and then. The property is well maintained.
The generous rear garden with its seating area, is maintained by a gardener. There’s secure bike storage in a brick outhouse, and garden access is through a locked gate.

This is a quiet, friendly household—most housemates work at the Science Park—and the neighbours are genuinely lovely. While I do ask for references from prospective tenants, I’m equally happy for you to ask the current housemates for their reference on me as a landlord.
