Room in family home for rent £650 - per month

Large room for rent with double bed in family home. We are looking for a lodger who is happy and willing to be part of a family household (my retired-academic mother and myself, a biologist and author, out most of the day).

We'd like to find someone who is friendly and ideally a mature student, academic or professional. Room includes desk, office chair, bookshelves, cupboard, wardrobe, working fireplace and large bay windows with north-facing street-front view.

The house has two bathrooms (1 upstairs, 1 down) large kitchen-dining area, living-room and large garden along with storage space for a bike (parking for a car can be acquired with a permit). The city centre is less than 10min by bike, there is a bus stop at the top of our road along with supermarkets and other shops. The street is a quiet residential road and our home is a calm and relaxed place. We have a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, fast internet and several cats (semi friendly).

Rent is £650 per month and this includes all utilities (water, electricity, internet etc). We are hoping to find someone who is content to be in a family environment. Between my mother and myself we speak English, Dutch, Portuguese, Spanish, German and some French.
