We have a double room 3 (£750) available from the 1st March, with your own bathroom.

You only share the communal kitchen/lounge with two other housemates. (The studio tenants don’t share the communal facilities.)

Double room 2 with ensuite - This room features a large desk and chair, double bed, wardrobe, armchair and a storage cupboard. This room is taken.

Double room 3 with external ensuite - This room features a small double bed, desk and chair, built in wardrobe, armchair and storage cabinet. This room is now taken.

Double room 4 with ensuite on the ground floor - This room features a large desk and chair, double bed, built in wardrobe, armchair and a bookcase with storage. This room is £775 and is available.

These rooms are single occupancy only.

All bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband and TV licence) included.

The house is at a convenient location for the Science Park, local convenience stores, bus stops and the motorway.
