Hi, I have a light double room for rent, in a well kept comfortable 2 bedroom flat, 2 mins from Cambridge train station/mill road/leisure park/ There is free parking and WIFI, Washing machine. Shared bathroom with shower.


Bills are included.
It's a relaxing and quiet space to live, with plenty of light.

The room is a good size and has floor to ceiling windows with good curtains

Available for short stays and long stays. It's 5 min walk from the main train station, 5 mins from Mill Road and nearby to parks and coffee shops.

I have a cat, I use non-smell litter tray, he is a friendly house cat.

I am sociable and friendly, but I also like my own space and am respectful of others.

My ad states that I am a live out landlord, this isn’t right, I am a live in landlord, but I can’t update it on the system.

I visit family friends regularly, so I am away from time to time for a few days, I live fairly quietly and will let you know in advance when I am having people over.

I am okay with smoking/vaping on the balcony with the door closed so that there is no smell coming into the home.
