*** Double room available from 14th July ***

A bright, modern and immaculately kept apartment in Trumpington, Cambridge, complete with a huge private terrace balcony — perfectly placed for anyone working on the medical or science campuses. I'm offering my spacious master bedroom to the right person.

The room is generous and comfortable, with a king-size bed and plenty of space to unwind after a busy day. This is for one person only; couples or multiple occupants won't be considered.

I take real pride in keeping the flat spotless and the equipment in great condition, so I'm looking for someone equally clean, tidy and house-proud who'll treat the place as their own.

An unbeatable location:
- AstraZeneca / Cambridge Biomedical Campus — 10-minute walk
- Addenbrooke's Hospital — 15-minute walk
- Cambridge South station — 10-minute walk
- Microsoft / the main train station — 10-minute cycle
- Gym right on the doorstep — 2-minute walk
- City centre and universities — an easy cycle away

- All bills included — nothing extra to think about
- Fast broadband included
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, Sage coffee machine and Ninja multicooker
- 65-inch TV and sound system to relax with
- A smoke-free home

I'm happy to tell you more about the flat and the arrangement when you get in touch — just drop me a message.
