Large double room in city centre

One bright double room available in the heart of the city. The house has a lovely garden, living room, two bathrooms and a kitchen with all the normal appliances, including washing machine and tumble dryer. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a Poang style chair.

The current household are all professionals with a range of interests including plants, the outdoors, crafts, art, sports and gaming. We are looking for someone who is friendly and tidy, and would like to join us in film nights and socials out and about in Cambridge.

Most bills are included in the rent (council tax, broadband, water, tv licence). Gas and electric is paid separately every 3-4 months - the bill amount varies depending on the season but it roughly averages out to £50 a month.
