We have a very 'happy' house - all housemates are vetted by us and selected with current tenants in mind - we want everyone to get along and be comfortable in what will be their 'home'.

To be clear, this house has four letting rooms one of which has its own bathroom. So you would only share bathroom facilities with at most 2 other people when the house is fully occupied.

A cleaner visits once a week to clean the communal areas.

There is an annexe to this house which has two further letting rooms but it is completely self-contained.

Great location in a quiet residential area close to the river and Newmarket Road, which is at the top of the street offering a regular bus service in to the town centre. Alternatively, within 10 mins by bike you can be in town either along the river or by main road.

Cambridge North train station is just 10 minute cycle ride across the River Cam and the Science Parks beyond.

Marshalls Aerospace is a 10 minute walk and the A14 is also within quick and easy reach. So our house is perfectly for getting all over town.

Sainsbury's, Tesco, Lidl and Aldi are all close by.

Gyms and a swimming pool are 5 mins away.

We are a family run business and live locally just a short distance away
