Double room with ensuite bathroom to rent in a very nice two bedroom flat. Flat is in a very modern building in a quiet street ideally located close to the train station.

The flat is on two floors, with the rooms upstairs and the living-room/kitchen downstairs. Both rooms have their own ensuite bathroom with toilets.

The room already has bed and mattress, as well as a built-in wardrobe, and there is space for a desk if needed. Ensuite has toilet, shower and plenty of space.

The living-room/kitchen is also partly furnished and has dining area as well as sofas. Kitchen comes fully equipped, with fridge/freezer. There is also an additional small room downstairs with lots of storage space, a washing machine and toilets. The flat also has a spacious balcony which is very nice in the summer.

Building has an underground car park, with one allocated parking space that I am not using, as well as secure underground bike park.

You will share the flat with me, a software engineer working at Arm. I am looking for a professional who wants to live in a nice and quiet place, and who will do their part in keeping the place clean and tidy.
