Spacious double room available in a gorgeous 3 bed home on Gilbert Road in CB4.

Large house with separate kitchen, dining space and living room, huge garden, large bathroom, garage and off street parking. Its such a great size for a 3 person share!

Short walk to the river/ city centre and great transport links (7 min cycle/bus to centre). The room is carpeted with a shallow bay window and is unfurnished however the departing housemate would be keen to sell their double bed, warobe and desk for £350.

About us;
You'll be sharing with Megan (35) and Gemma (41). Gemma has lived here since August 2022, and Meg since January 2023. Meg is a PhD student in her final year, so works between her office & the house. Gemma works in advertising, working in London 2 days a week and three days a week from home.

We are both really chilled out, respectful and friendly. We like the occasional take away, movie night or BBQ in the garden together but also appreciate our own space, and prefer to keep the house pretty chill!

We absolutely love living here and aim to make the house and garden a lovely place to be so we are looking for someone who's keen to get involved & make this their home.

Our departing housemate will be moving out in the next few weeks and we will arrange viewings to take place mid September with the aim of having someone officially move in from beginning of October. We rent through a (lovely) agent who'll need to do reference checks which usually take a week to process.
