We have one double en-suite room available:

Room 4 is double room with an external ensuite bathroom for £750pcm, available from the 1st May 2026.

The location is very close to the Science Park, A14 and Cambridge North station,.

Single occupancy please. Working professional preferred please.

The house is shared by 4 people only. It has a communal kitchen/diner which includes a washer/dryer, hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. We also have a breakfast bar with bar stools.

Room 1 (Double ensuite) - This room is located on the ground floor and includes a small double bed and mattress, desk and chair, armchair, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. This room is available.

Room 2 (Double ensuite) - This room is located on the first floor and includes a small double bed and mattress, desk and chair, armchair, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. This room has now been taken

Room 3 (Double ensuite) - This room is located on the first floor and includes a small double bed and mattress, desk and chair, armchair, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. This room is now available.

Room 4 (Single with external ensuite)- This room is located on the first floor and includes a single bed and mattress, desk and chair, armchair, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. This room has been taken.
