We have a large spacious double room available in a shared family home.

It is fully furnished and ready for a single student or professional to move in and make it their own.

There is also a lovely bathroom with a lot of natural light right near the room which generally is for the use of the
lodgers as there is another bathroom downstairs for the other members of the household.

We are situated right opposite a superstore which is extremely convenient for all your grocery needs
and more. The C2 bus stop is practically at our doorstep, meaning travel to all critical locations in
Cambridge is easy. If not by bus, cycling and walking to these locations are possible.

The house itself is a 5-bedroom house with 3 permanent members living in it; they consist of Mum,
Dad and Son who all stay in the rooms downstairs. They also have their seperate bathroom.

There are 2 rooms upstairs that we rent. 1 has a female lodger and the other is this one that is available for you!

The kitchen is shared as is the living room. We also have a lovely garden where you can work from or just relax and get some sun.

We are a South-Asian Muslim family so we don't allow any pork meat or alcohol in the house.

Also, as it's a family home and we don't allow overnight guests.

Wifi and all other bills are included in the £650 per month.

We require 1 months’ notice after the minimum 3 months are up.
