First floor double room in friendly, tidy and well maintained professionals house share.

The room has a built in wardrobe and additional storage in the landing cupboard for suitcases etc. The shower room is shared with one other tenant.

The tenants work in research, animal care, technical sales and geographic information. They value the homely atmosphere of the house.

The house is in a cul de sac east of the city centre with lots of freely available parking. It is a 5 minute walk to a large Sainsburys. The airport next door is rarely used.

The communal kitchen/dining room has a dishwasher, separate tumble drier, washing machine, induction cooker and generous storage for personal items in a large double cupboard each.

We are local landlords who pride ourselves on running a tidy, well maintained home. We do communal cleaning every two weeks and maintain the garden to a high standard.
