It is ideal for young professionals working in Cambridge or post-graduate students. It's in a great location - all of Central Cambridge is easily accessible on foot or bicycle.

Location: Norfolk Street.
- 5 minute walk to the Grafton Shopping Centre (Boots, Vue Cinema, H&M, Pure Gym, etc.)
- 10 minute walk to Cambridge city centre
- 15 minute walk to Cambridge train station.
There’s a Tesco Express just a 2 minute walk away. Waitrose is a 7 minute walk.
- 10 minute walk to the Beehive Centre (ASDA, M&S Simply Food, etc.).
