Hi, I’m Avelino and me and my partner are offering a unique en-suite room in a 5-bedroom townhouse which just 2 will be occupied and located in the heart of Orchard Park, CB4 . We won’t rent more rooms because we don’t want to have a multiple occupancy house . We prefer a home.
