Hey!
I am looking for a flatmate to take over my current flatmate's tenancy as she is moving back to her home country. The flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms so you would get your own bathroom (really handy in the morning!!)
This is available to professionals, unfortunately the landlord does not accept student applications.
My flatmate is moving out at the end of November. The current rent is £855 excluding bills (bills account to roughly £120 - £180 a month for gas, electric, water, internet and council tax depending on heating usage mostly). The room is unfurnished, but as my flatmate is moving countries, she is happy to sell her furniture to whoever moves in at a bargain price!
I am not a party animal hehe and the flat is generally quiet and serene. We keep it clean together!
