Double room on the first floor of a late victorian semi in Romsey Town.
Relaxed house with a friendly chocolate labrador in residence. I'm looking for (ideally) post grad students or early career graduates to share the house. The house is more shabby chic than house and homes, but is centrally heated and comfortable with full use of the house facilities, living room and kitchen dining room. plus I'm pretty flexible if you would like some modest change to your room. I have an on-suite so don't make much use of the Ist floor bathroom. I'm happy, with some warning, if you wish to invite guests for short stays, and there is a sofabed in the front living room if needed, (my own children at times) Council tax is inclusive as are other bills. bedrooms has a good size desk with book shelves and built in wardrobe and we could sort out some undercover bike storage in the garden if required alongside use of the spare bike (left by a previous tenant).
i expect a moderate contribution to shared space cleaning and washing up ,putting away etc. but am myself fairly relaxed and possibly need the odd bit of chivvying myself at times.
