Hi all! I’m looking for someone to join me on my lease, 3 bedroom house, one bath, with garden. It will be just the two of us, £800 a month + bills/council tax (around £180 a month). Available beginning December, would prefer someone long term, I do not use the third bedroom, happy for you to use it as an office? The requirement of the landlord is either a professional or PHD student earning more than £25000 per year.
