Hello,
I’m looking for someone to replace me on my lease, 3 bedroom house, one bath, with garden and garage. We currently use the third room as a guest bedroom. £825 a month + bills/council tax (currently £198 a month). Available in January (can be flexible as we do have a guest room), The requirement from the landlord is either a professional or PHD student earning more than £25000 per year.
A bit about my roommate who is staying, she is French, in her thirties, will remain with her senior dog Lilly, currently an art teacher. It’s a wonderful house, I have lived there for 3 years.
