We will soon have a very large double bedroom available near Cambridge Science Park.

It is a bright and spacious double room for single occupancy in a clean, quiet and friendly house in Orchard Park (CB4). The room is located on the top floor and shares a bathroom with only one other person.

Our current tenant is moving into work accommodation, so the room will be available from the beginning of November.

Room 2 – Large Single Room

Our current tenant is moving out after finishing their placement, so the room will be available from the end of October.

The house is shared with respectful working professionals, creating a calm, comfortable and friendly living environment. All rooms are for single occupancy only.

The house is well maintained, communal areas are professionally cleaned every other week, and the outdoor space is maintained seasonally by a gardener.

The rooms are spacious and well presented, with comfortable beds, storage and plenty of space for working or relaxing. Neutral décor and good natural light give the rooms a peaceful feel, ideal for unwinding after a busy day.

Additional storage space is available in the shed, which is useful for suitcases, seasonal belongings and other items. There is also a secure bike storage area.
