**Spacious Double Room Available in New Build House**

Hello! I'm renting out a large double room in my clean and tidy new-build house. Located conveniently near Fen Ditton, the area has beautiful river walks and excellent cycle and bus links throughout the city.

There is a Co-op just two minutes walk away and larger supermarkets, including Tesco, Lidl, and Sainsbury's, less than 10 minutes on a bike. It's a short ride along New Market Road or along the river to the town centre, and Mill road is also not far.

The room is fully furnished with a super king-sized bed and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The house has two toilets, a large kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, an open-plan living area, a cosy garden with a shed, and a private parking space that you are welcome to use.

I work full time and have a busy social life so I am out a lot of the time. I am looking for a working professional or mature student who values tidiness and respectfulness and enjoys a chat and sharing a meal occasionally. If this sounds like you, I would love to hear from you!
