A bright and cozy double bedroom is available in our warm and welcoming family home in Cherry Hinton. You'll be sharing the space with a friendly 48-year-old professional woman, a 24-year-old professional man, and an adorable 12-year-old Westie – a small, well-behaved dog who loves company.

The room is fully furnished and all bills are included—covering Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and council tax. You'll have access to a shared kitchen, living/dining area, and bathroom. The house also features a driveway with parking space and a lovely garden with a patio—perfect for relaxing outdoors.

We’re currently setting up a home gym, which you’ll have access to. At the moment, it includes a treadmill, with more equipment to come soon.

We enjoy a cozy and relaxed home life, and our hobbies include cooking, baking, hiking, volleyball, salsa and taking dog for walks. We also love spending quality time together, whether it’s catching up, with a cup of tea, or simply unwinding in front of the TV.

We’re looking for a clean, respectful, and friendly tenant who will enjoy being part of a home environment. This room is ideal for a working professional or mature student seeking a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.

The location is well-connected, offering easy access to shops, and local amenities as well as public transport. It’s also conveniently situated for reaching Addenbrooke’s Hospital, the city centre, and the train station via public transport, with bus routes 1 and 3 providing a direct and efficient commute. It is also just a 3-minute walk from ARM, Peterhouse Technology Park, and Cambridge Water.
