Spacious, fully furnished double room in five bedroom house off Mill Road, with a door that opens out onto garden.

We are a very sociable house (currently 2 men and 3 women) and we often watch TV, eat meals and go to pubs together. We’re hoping to find someone who is clean, considerate, and sociable - please reach out if that is you!

The room is on the ground floor and is furnished with a bed, desk, closet, and dresser. There are two bathrooms in the house (both of which come with showers): one on the ground floor, shared by three, and one on the top.

There is a spacious kitchen with an oven, hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster, and two fridges, and we have plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. that we all share. The kitchen opens to a large dining/living room that looks out into a nice garden. There is also a utility room with a washer, dryer, and many other household essentials for you to use, as well as several closets for storage upstairs. The house is located at the end of a shared driveway away from the main street for extra privacy, and there is a garage for bikes and storage.

The room is £605pcm +£9.20 for WiFi and the lease starts 1st Dec. Energy/water bills generally cost around £30-£50pcm (depending on the season).

Argyle St overall is a quiet residential street just off of Mill Road, providing easy access to lots of shops and restaurants! It is just a 20 minute walk or 10 minute cycle into the city centre, and only a 10 minute walk to the main train station. There are also plenty of bus stops nearby.
