The house is a big Victorian house. About ten minutes walk to Kings College and 5 minutes to River Cam.

Upper stair room 1 has a kitchenette, double bed, double sofa, wardrobe, desk, chairs, chess drawer, shower room, and fridge.

Ground foor room 2 has a double bed, single sofa, wardrobe, desk, chair and wardrobe.

Ground foor room 3 has a double bed, wardrobe, desks, chairs and wardrobes.

The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, etc and sitting area.

The house is central heated and a rear garden. All bills including internet are included.
