1 Double rooms with double bed for single occupancy (£680 PCM ) in a 4-professionals shared large semi-detached 5-bedroom house are available from 6th August. Perspective professionals are welcome to buddy with three professionals (a researcher at Biohemistry Department, Cambridge University; a doctor at Addenbrooke’s, and a scientist at GSK). Female is preferred by current housemates.

The house is located at Chalk Grove, Cambridge, CB1 , a very convenient place to Addenbrooke's Hospital, University Biomedical Campus, AstraZenaca, ARM, Babraham Science Park and Granta Science Park. It offers large and comfortable communal spaces with a large kitchen & dining (including 2 large fridge freezers, a washing machine and a dishwasher), 3 bathrooms (a family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet; a ground floor shower room with toilet; and an ensuite shower room with toilet), a spare box bedroom, two sitting rooms, driveway accommodating 2 cars and large private garden.

You will share the entire house as a group contract (in TOTAL 4 professionals) including all utility bills (equal split agreed by tenants), council tax (equal split agreed by tenants), all the necessary duties (agreed by tenants) to keep the house well maintained. Deposits of five-weeks rents are required in advance, and the rents are paid at the beginning of each month. Reference from previous tenancy and employment confirmation letter from your employer are required.
